What do you see when you look into the mirror? We say that 'Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I say, well honey hold on to your beauty Sis! There is only one blueprint for each of us, and that alone should make us jump for joy. The person staring back at you is the outer shell, there has to be much more to us than that- Right?!! The world sees what it see, and the flip side of that is we show what we want to be seen.........then there is our skin-oh nooooo, are you Ready for that?!!! No matter what, that is in the forefront of our total being'- our skin is a reflection of how we live, where we live, and a host of other reasons. Our inside can reflect the outside as well, so how about we just embody what we want to showcase on the outside-the world will adjust. If we are so true to who we are, the rest will reveal itself. Doing your best to secure being comfortable in the skin you're in will take your far mentally. It's a total mindset on how you feel about the care of your skin and overall Self care. When you look into that mirror, dare it to make you feel any other WAY!
